Christians and indeed all God-fearing people especially LGDists have been admonished to guide their lifestyles according to the Ten Commandments of God because Satan the devil and his demonic agents are on the prowl  to monitor, arrest and put into spiritual prison those who are arrogant, disobedient and backsliding.

Leader and Founder of LGD, Pastor Emmanuel Irame gave the exhortation during a sermon he delivered Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at the auditorium of LGD Secretariat.

Given that every man is a potential and real father of children he asked if a father would be comfortable if his child is in prison custody and further asked if it was possible for an obedient child to be kept in prison. Providing answer for his rhetoric he said it was the responsibility of the father to proceed to releasing the child from prison whenever such a situation arose.

He however noted that after the rescue from the prison arrogant the child refuses to change and still go back to the prison again because a criminal is a criminal. It takes the grace of God to effect permanent change. It takes the grace of God for a prostitute to stop prostitution. If she gets married she will prostitute on her marital bed; buy a car for her she will give it to her lovers, even money, she will give same to her lovers. This is because her problem is not the money she lavishes on her lovers but the spirit of prostitution that controls her life. She would use any gift to please her lovers. It takes the grace of God for such persons to know shame, realize that what they are doing is wrong and repent because, when Satan wants to ruin a man he takes shame away from him and he would think he controls the whole world. You will not listen to the voice of reason, you will not hear your husband, your wife, and your parents; and then you could be well described as arrogant.

Take note, the spirit of arrogance is like an idol where the arrogant person sees himself as a god for himself; hence they entertain no fear in all situations. They have sacrificed themselves to prison and no longer fear return to the prison after the parents have made efforts to set them free. They boast that they are the president of the prison and so would not bother if he was returned to the prison. You don’t have to look far for Satan, that arrogant child is a Satan,, he is the enemy of the family, the money that should be used to take care of the needs of other children is wasted on the arrogant child. And one day he will die in prison.

An obedient child could be in the mess of a prison but he would be sober for his misdemeanor, apologize to his parents, promise not to commit the offence again and keep his promise. They believe the caution of the parents but an arrogant child does not believe his father’s caution.

Then there is a back sliding child who also believes the caution of the father but after some days rethinks and reneges and then decides to go back to Egypt. The obedient child does not see any reason to go back to Egypt unlike the backslider who would whet his appetite for sin and return to Egypt and after a while he loses his freedom when he has been thrown into jail again. However, the arrogant child who is a devil replica is always in prison against the backslider who visits the prison periodically. Most often, the backslider is pushed by temptation of expectation not easily realized and possessed and that is why they decide to go to the other side for selfish comfort but hit by the heat wave of the other side they renegotiate their return to God.

As your father, I the Oracle tell you the same thing; that we are corrupt and we were in prison but God let me out of prison and gave me power that I should remove others from the prison. Now when you come to church I have removed you from prison, when you are in church God sets you free but the arrogant ones, as soon as they depart from the house of God they go back to their old ways; even if you gave them food they will still go back to their evil ways. They are arrogant, they are idols and demonic. But there are some, as you deliver them they repent and pitch their tents in the house of God. When the devil has tormented the arrogant ones so hard they cry out for help, make huge promises of commitment to the service and worship of God which they never keep when eventually they are free from their afflictions.

The backslider could be loyal, obedient and seek attachment to the servant of God because they know what they passed through while they were in chains of Satan. They obey all instructions given to them especially such that concern their lifestyles: don’t wear two earrings, don’t keep bad friends, come to church early; they obey all instructions but not too long, you see them disobeying again; wearing two earrings, catching up with the former boy friend and at that time, having broken the covenant they entered, they stop coming to church and will be begged to come to church. They know that they are in prison, they fell into temptation because of their heart desires; the desire to reunite with that boy friend, today they fell into temptation and sold their bodies to Satan.

Take note again, that there are spiritual policemen and soldiers everywhere monitoring criminals, those who break the spiritual laws. Your father got you on bail out of our hand and you dodged from your father’s domain into our kingdom, stealing from us; we arrest you. Automatically, the devils are there monitoring you, they are not blind like humans. They monitor prostitutes, criminals, liars, angered people, perverts, adulterers, killers. They have agents monitoring the behavior of every one and once you commit any sin, they arrest you, keep you in prison and enslave you. You left the comfort of God to dine with Satan again that is why you are suffering. You did that either by your words, thoughts or deeds. Satan cannot arrest you innocently. No! Satan does not arrest the innocent. We are living double life. At church we show God fearing and pious but at home we become a different person. Double life is the spirit of hypocrisy. But we had earlier agreed that we love just RIGHT and hate just WRONG. And when you got home you did exactly the opposite. No qualms. Everyone knows your character. You can never change but this character of yours destroys the pride of LGD. You don’t exalt God. Change from your old character; your dressing, status, relationship; only through God can you get satisfaction but to get that you must certify if our words, dressing, businesses, relationships are holy.

 Everything has a law, for a man and woman to live together there is a law that the man must visit the parents of the girl to get their consent and take their daughter from them as a wife. Is your relationship like that or a short cut trip? Satan’s spiritual police are watching you; they will arrest you and take you to their own kingdom. Are you wearing something on the nose? What does it signify in LGD and what law does it obey? There are people who have that power they will arrest you if you claim to be LGD. Are you painting your mouth? As you paint they will arrest you. They have set traps everywhere in the market and urge you to buy and buy. As you buy you give them license to monitor your soul. So, this is the battle; when they say people will be bound to receive the mark of the beast. Satan planned very well; you need money to receive the mark of the beast, since everybody uses money so who would not receive the mark of the beast? Are we going to receive the mark because of the pleasure of the world? What would it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul; to sell our souls for the things of this world? Remember the time your conscience judged you. If you were on the other side and they marked you when you come to church we will still mark you but when you come we use the oil of grace to remove the mark of the beast. If for instance, God calls you in a moment and you have the mark of the beast on you, how would you define yourself?

He charge the congregants to trust God and rest from anxiety since they cannot sustain themselves in life but sustenance comes only from God and therefore, they should not be afraid even if thousands of people are set against them.

 Just relax, don’t worry and let God be in control, tens of thousands of the enemies will be swallowed because of your trust in God. For sure, God will smite the jaw bone of your enemies and their teeth will fall out and they will not be able to eat your flesh or drink your blood. Yes, salvation belongs to God and the blessing is upon the people. (Psalm 3:1-7). The Cleric reassured.
